Computational Microscopy

My research focuses on optical microscopy, holographic imaging and tomographic reconstruction. I develop numerical and experimental tools to recover quantitative information from light–matter interactions.

About Me

I am a physicist specializing in optical microscopy, electron microscopy, and computational imaging. After completing an MSc in Physics, I developed experience in optical instrumentation, optical metrology, SEM, AFM, phase-contrast microscopy, and 3D reconstruction. I am currently completing my PhD in Tomographic Diffractive Microscopy, focusing on advanced optical architectures for quantitative 3D imaging.

My work lies at the interface of optics, computation, and visualization. I combine optical system design, interferometric imaging, numerical reconstruction, and data visualization to develop tools that help observe and quantify biological and material samples beyond conventional microscopy approaches.
